An evidence label describes the work behind an article. It is not a badge awarded to every product or a claim that every stage has been completed.

RESEARCHED

Documentary research and original synthesis. Sources, definitions, assumptions and limitations are recorded in a private evidence ledger.

Physical handling or use, documented by a real operator. Conditions, observations and limitations must be recorded.

Multiple real athletes following a defined protocol. Sample selection, relevant differences and individual outcomes are recorded.

A repeatable protocol with measurable data. Equipment, units, conditions and deviations are documented so results can be interpreted.

Use documented across a stated period. A 30-, 60- or 90-day label is used only when that period has actually been recorded.

Articles distinguish measurements from interpretations. Material corrections are documented, and the corresponding translation is reviewed.
