This notice describes the launch version of One Rep Lab. The site is hosted on Hostinger and runs WordPress. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested pages to deliver and protect the service.
Our editorial contact form stores your message and optional email address in the private WordPress dashboard. They are used to review your request. Messages are automatically moved to the WordPress trash after 90 days; normal WordPress trash removal and hosting backups may retain copies for a further period. A temporary hashed network identifier limits repeated form submissions for one minute.
WordPress uses authentication cookies for signed-in administrators. Public articles do not require an account. No newsletter signup, advertising tags or audience analytics have been added as part of this launch. Links to external sources open services with their own privacy practices.
Use the contact form for access, correction or deletion requests about a message you submitted. Include enough information to locate it without sending sensitive identity documents. We may need to verify the request before acting. This notice will be updated if forms, analytics or other data practices change.
